Margot Forde Germplasm Centre

The Margot Forde Germplasm Centre at AgResearch in Palmerston North holds 70,000 seed samples from 1,600 native and exotic forage species (feed plants for animals). All the samples are carefully classified, with information on the identification of the seeds and where they came from.
