Capsicums growing in a greenhouse

Capsicums or sweet peppers are grown in heated glasshouses in New Zealand. The plants are raised from seed in blocks of rockwool and nutrient solution is piped to each growing plant. Plants bear fruit for some 10 months before they are replaced.
